at St Michael’s (1st Floor Reception Hall)
Yin yoga is a slow and soulful practice that guides the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. Students will sink into poses for 3-5 minutes each.
Rather than using force or effort, students relax, breathe, and soften as gravity does the work.
Join Lyndsi for this evening of breath-focused practice to open the body and calm the mind.
