FRIDA KAHLO EXHIBIT
We hope you can join us for our next adventure! This is a ticketed event. 40 tickets are allotted for each 15 minute slot. This is a very popular exhibit.
Please purchase your tickets ASAP, and let us know what time slot you got and if you will be joining the group for lunch, so we can make a reservation. As of January 23rd, 38 tickets are available for the 11:30 a.m. slot, 40 tickets are available for 11:45 a.m. slot and 38 tickets are available for the 12 noon slot.
WHAT: Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving
This is the largest US exhibition in ten years devoted to the iconic painter an the first in the US to display a collection of her clothing and other personal possessions. They are displayed alongside important paintings, drawings, and photographs from the celebrated Jacques and Natasha Gelman Collection 20th Century Mexican Art, as well as related historical film and ephemera.

TIME: Meet at 11:30 am in Museum Lobby (the Museum opens at 11:00 am) Enter Exhibit: 11:45 a.m.
ADMISSION: $16.00 (Adults 65+)
TICKET PURCHASE: Please purchase tickets in advance. The ticket price includes general admission and allows access to the entire museum. Please go to https://brooklynmuseum.org, click purchase tickets and select 11:45 a.m. time.
NOTE: There are only 40 tickets for each time slot. If none available at that time, purchase earlier slot (wait for us inside). Please purchase as soon as possible.

SUBWAY: Closest trains are the #2, #3 to Eastern Parkway/ Brooklyn Museum (You can connect to the 2/3 line at Barclay Center on any of these subways B D, N, R, Q, 4,5 and LIRR)
BUS: Close buses are B41, B69 to Grand Army Plaza stop , then about a 4 block walk, B45 to St. Johns Place and Washington Avenue, then about a 2 block walk.
